01Overview

AppleSeedIQ, LLC, doing business as PulsePMO IQ (“PulsePMO IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a portfolio and project management platform for enterprise PMOs (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and the Service, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to visitors of our marketing site, prospects who engage with our sales team, and individual users acting on behalf of a customer organization (“Customer”). If your employer or another organization is our Customer, that organization controls the account and the data within it — the applicable data processing agreement between us and that Customer governs how we handle Customer data submitted to the Service, and this policy applies alongside it.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and account details: name, work email, phone number, job title, company, and password, when you request a demo, create an account, or contact us.
  • Workspace content: projects, portfolios, demand requests, comments, approvals, and files that Customer users enter into the Service.
  • Billing information: billing address and payment details, processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send through our contact forms, support channels, or in-app chat.

Information collected automatically

  • Website performance data: aggregate page views, referrers, device or browser characteristics, and performance timing made available through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Browser storage: necessary authentication state and current-session campaign parameters as described in our Cookie and storage notice.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from Customer administrators (e.g. when they provision your account through a configured identity provider), from business partners, and from public sources, and combine it with information we collect directly.

03How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including authentication, workspace provisioning, and Pulse AI recommendations.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and fulfill contractual obligations to Customers.
  • Send administrative communications — security notices, service updates, and billing notices.
  • With consent or legitimate interest, send product updates and marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
  • Monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Improve and develop the Service, including aggregated and de-identified analytics. We do not use Customer workspace content to train shared or public AI models.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

04Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases to process personal data:

  • Contract: to provide the Service to Customers and their users.
  • Legitimate interests: for security, fraud prevention, product analytics, and direct marketing to business contacts, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent: where required for marketing communications or any future optional tracking, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

05How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Subprocessors: vendors who process data on our behalf under contract — infrastructure, monitoring, payment processing, and email delivery. The current list is published on our Trust & security page; any contractual notice period follows the executed customer agreement.
  • Within a Customer workspace: content you enter is visible to other authorized users of that workspace per its configured roles and permissions.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Legal requirements: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • With consent: any other sharing we describe to you at the time of collection.

06Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining performance, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Customer workspace content is retained for the duration of the subscription. Post-termination export, deletion, or anonymization follows the executed customer agreement, operational capability, and applicable legal requirements.

07Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which we do not engage in.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. Customer end users should generally route requests through their workspace administrator first. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message and control browser storage through your browser as described in our Cookie and storage notice.

08International transfers

We are headquartered in the United States, and the current launch configuration uses the regions disclosed on the Trust page. We do not promise selectable EU, UK, or APAC residency until the relevant deployment and transfer terms are contracted and verified. Applicable international transfer mechanisms remain subject to legal review and the executed customer agreement.

09Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. Details of our security program are published on our Trust & security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Customers by email or in-product notice and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
